Hello. My name is Tim Dayley

Since 1984, C & I Heating and Air Conditioning has worked with the conviction
“Do it once, do it right, be fair and be honest.” -Kenneth H. Dayley (Our Founder and my Dad)

Because we believe in this, you are assured of the highest quality performance from our staff.

Our company was incorporated in 1984 after Kenneth H. Dayley retired from the TRANE CO. As a Service Engineer he was well known all over the country as he presented many seminars on various types of equipment. Through his vast experience he has helped educate our staff of five technicians, including myself, with academics relating to our field and hands-on training. In addition, our technicians receive additional factory and classroom training above and beyond the continuing education requirements set forth by the KY Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction. The average age of our technicians is 40 years and we all enjoy what we do.

In an effort to reduce your HVACR operating and maintenance costs as well as minimize downtime, I would like to introduce you to our company – C&I Heating and Air. Whether or not you have had problems finding a qualified service company for your home comfort, facility or process equipment, you will appreciate our knowledgeable staff and personal service. We offer you superior service due to our background, training and understanding of the residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial HVACR applications and operations. Our typical two-hour response time is a good indication of our commitment to our customers needs. In addition, we have the ability to walk into most facilities and understand not only the HVAC equipment, but also the relationship between process equipment and how your overall operation works together. We look and listen to things that may not concern our immediate job, but may need attention. Additionally, we are always looking for ways to help our customers save money. Whether it is through assistance in budgeting for equipment replacement and/ or repair costs, identifying energy inefficiencies, or solving comfort issues, our conscientiousness will save you money.
